VintageSMP Documentation of Builds

This site was created in order to showcase builds and events on the VintageSMP servers in a way that is more permanent and easier to navigate than through individual screenshots stored on Discord or personal computers. It is for both members of the Vintage servers to look back on prior works, as well as for those outside the server to enjoy what we create here!

Not yet optimized for mobile! Hopefully optimized for varying pc screen sizes, however. Thank you for visiting my site!

Vintage History

Vintage founded: 2018

VintageSMP was founded in 2018, originally under the name of EtherealMC. EtherealMC was set in a sci-fi world in the Minecraft galaxy, featuring laser guns, alien mobs, and more. One such feature was the AI mascot Etheriella, who still functions to this day as the VintageSMP mascot and as a bot to manage messages between the Vintage Minecraft and Discord servers.

VintageSMP 2022 was the second private server under the VintageSMP title, releasing in December '21 but primarily existing in 2022. Vintage '22 contained several custom features, such as rubies; various Christmas-themed items; and custom mobs like the undead player, copper golem, and hovering inferno.

After Vintage '22, a number of modded spinoff servers popped up, some completely separate and simply being hosted through the Vintage Discord, and some basing themselves off of Vintage '22 with a unique twist.

Vintage '24 is the current VintageSMP, and has been running on and off for over a year at the time of writing. Vintage '24 also features custom items such as tool trims, the carpentry table, tool racks, the dilloball bat, and more. The server also features 2 custom dimensions; the Creative dimension, and Space. These dimensions have helped to increase the server's longevity, allowing players with different goals and playstyles to enjoy the same server together.
